Access to purchased digital products is usually provided automatically after successful payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

Digital course access is generally delivered instantly or within a few minutes after payment. In some cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to technical verification or manual approval processes. Live session schedules and access details will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or the registered user account.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing correct email address, accurate phone number, and valid account information. Axinor Security is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.

4. Technical Delivery Issues

If you do not receive access to your purchased course or service within the expected timeframe, you may contact us with payment proof, registered email address, and transaction ID. We will verify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Physical Shipping If Applicable

In case Axinor Security offers physical products, merchandise, or certificates in the future, shipping timelines will be mentioned during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by internet or technical issues, payment gateway delays, server downtime, third-party platform interruptions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.
